You may have seen the acronym GRACE as God’s Riches At Christ’s Expense. Grace is also God’s unmerited favor, or God doing for us what we cannot.
I find grace overflowing with God’s love, joy, peace, blessings, mercy, power, provision, protection, and wisdom. Thank You, Jesus!
Where did I find God’s love and favor—His abundant grace—this week?!
This week went fairly fast!
Lydia was sick on Monday, so I stayed home with her. She was depleted and stayed in bed for 99% of the day, and I am glad I had the flexibility to call in to work. She was feeling mostly better the next day, so we could go to school and work.
Work was a little quieter this week. I had some patients cancel, so I found some time to catch up on projects. It was really nice to cross some things off my to-do list!
Lydia had the third week of her rifle class. She had fun practicing her shooting prone, sitting, and kneeling. I am really proud of her!
On Friday, I used four hours of a time-off award I earned from work. I got a massage in the morning, which was just what I needed! Lydia and I hung out a bit during the day, and then went to church for the Good Friday/Easter celebration. After that, we did a little shopping, got some food, and watched a movie at home.
Today, we did Saturday chores, made some calls, did some reading, etc. We also made some food for Easter tomorrow. Mostly, we just relaxed!

These are only a few examples, but God’s grace never runs out!
There’s grace in every situation—we just need to look for it. God promises if we seek Him, we will find Him (see Jeremiah 29:13)!
